Returns & Exchanges

SCNDR does not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect sizing selection
• Personal preference
• Sale or promotional items

We strongly recommend reviewing product descriptions, sizing information, and order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

• Faulty
• Damaged upon arrival
• Incorrect from what was ordered

Please contact us through our website within 7 days of receiving your order with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the issue
• A brief description of the problem

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund where required under Australian Consumer Law.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be considered for items deemed faulty or where required by law. Items must:

• Be unworn and unused
• Remain in original condition
• Include original packaging where possible

SCNDR reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet these conditions.

Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process the transaction.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item received was faulty or incorrect.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
