All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

SCNDR currently ships within Australia only.

Once dispatched, orders are estimated to arrive within approximately 7 business days depending on your location and the shipping carrier handling your parcel.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels

All packages shipped by SCNDR are insured.

If your parcel is lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us through our website and we will work with the shipping carrier to assist in resolving the issue.

Please note that SCNDR is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect shipping details provided by the customer, or circumstances outside of our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information entered at checkout is accurate. SCNDR is not liable for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. SCNDR does not currently offer returns, refunds, or exchanges unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
